The hotel had some really nice features like a spacious and beautiful pool area. The check-in process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the excellent service. However, I did encounter a few drawbacks such as the lack of a microwave in the room and the need for soundproofing between the room and the exit stairs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but a few improvements would make it ideal.
